People tend to raise their eyebrows whenever I tell them about my passion for tattoo ideas and tattoo designs. They seem to find it weird that a credit card debt mom who is supposed to be busy collecting coupons is passionate about collecting tattoos.

I started getting addicted to collecting tattoo designs about a year ago. At that time I had just begun my debt reduction and spent most of my time making money online to pay off my credit card debts fast. After a few months working hard to reduce my card debts, I started to feel bored. Life was boring as most of my time was spent on making money and paying off debts only.

Hubby had also sensed that I was like a working robot who had no hobby and passion. He encouraged me to take up a hobby or find my passion. I guess blogging and managing multiple niche blogs are my passion. What else? Tattoos! I used to collect tattoo designs, especially Cross tattoos, Tribal tattoos, Dragon tattoos and Angel tattoos before I got married.

I even had had two small tattoos inked on my arm when I was a teen. Oh, my! I am now a work at home mom in her late thirties trying to find a passion to ward off her boredom while working hard to eliminate her credit card debts.

Like most tattoo beginners, I was unsatisfied with my tattoo designs and ended up removing them later. Even if I hadn't got them removed then, I know I would have definitely done it now. The reason was that they were not the right tattoo design ideas for me. I am no longer the teen girl that wanted the same tattoo my buddy had. I am a work at home mom -- I know who I am, my personality and my uniqueness. Choosing the right tattoo designs is definitely an easy undertaking for me if compared to ten years ago.

If you have just started to like tattoo art and are ready to get your first tattoo, make sure you do some research first on tattoo tips and designs by finding more information on the internet, related magazines or your local tattoo shops. Remember that you have to live with that tattoo for some time, perhaps a long time, therefore the last thing you want to do is get a tattoo that you'll regret.
